Hey everyone, CDT is looking to host a debate over the candidates before the upcoming US election. The goal is to hear what the different sides have to see and hopefully convince any undecided sythe voters of who they should vote for.

Please post below if you're interested in participating. We are hoping to get a wide range of opinions, so in your post, add how you would enhance the discussion (i.e. pro-Trump, pro-Hillary, pro-Jill, pro-Gary, pro-other, non-US perspective, ect) The discussion will be recorded and then posted in an upcoming thread in Community General.

We're hoping to have a moderator in the channel to make sure the discussion doesn't get out of hand. We're well aware that this might not work out, but we're still going to try it ;p Who knows, some opinions might be swayed.

 

I'm pro-Trump and I would like to destroy someone who is pro-Hillary, the rest of those people listed are irrelevant.

 

Ewh I think the debates happening over voice chat so I guess u and Sonia won't partake. I might get involved with this seems fun, will do my fair share of research beforehand.

I'm writing in Bag of Tarantulas. If you'd like I will gladly represent bag of tarantulas on the podcast. Assuming there's a way I can do it from my phone, I don't have a mic for the computer

Trump because Hillary should be locked up for what she has done and shouldn't even be eligible to run for president of this great country. If honored with the privilege of being the republican nominee for this debate I will focus on the most important topics that need to be discussed and completely shut down any Hillary supporter along with everything they stand for. I will be the most presidential representative within the debate and the only one with enough stamina to get the job done.

If I get denied for this 'debate' then it's just more proof that this debate is rigged and I'd expect nothing less from a Clinton supporter such as yourself @Time To Buy

The Clinton campaign tried to kill the republican VP just yesterday, and that's not right folks. It's all rigged and by rigged I mean rigged big league. Do a simple fact check and you'll see the truth

 

I probably won't partake: both candidates are complete numb nuts.

As mentioned in the thread body, we were hoping to have representatives for third party candidates as well.

 

The Clinton campaign is in serious trouble now. Just one day after trying to kill the republican VP in a plane crash the FBI has decided to reopen the investigation into Hillary Clinton after finding new pertinent evidence against her. I hope all the Clinton supporters are fine with having a commander and chief do their job from behind bars.
