[VOTE] [Pipobucc] requesting a pardon for [ban in 2012 for failing to deliver a service]

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have finally after many years managed to reach Hackcell and we have discussed via Skype and come to an agreement on a fair price to cancel the outstanding debt of which i had completed a good part of the order for a total of 20$ of which i am ready to pay a Mediator/Admin/Moderator so that they can give to him or if i should pay him directly i can do so so that my name can be cleared and this bad mark in my name be removed so that i can return once more to the forums which i love.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Back in 2012 i ran a sucessful referal business aswell as other services here on sythe i had some RL issues that were unexpected that sadly brought me to quiting the referal business and take an extended hiatus i managed to complete my clients orders but only 40%+ of Hack cells order fully complete i am now after this time deeply sorry for not managing to cancel this debt prior or completing his order but it is best done and completed late than not done at all and the right thing to do.

• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes i did and apreciate the assistance from the staff and recommendations for me in resoling this issue

 

Just go ahead and refund him directly. After refunding him, post proof of the conversation in which he agrees on a $20 refund and post proof of the refund itself.
Make sure to include this: ATTENTION! ALL SKYPE PROOFS MUST INCLUDE THIS!

I am posting this once more because i have had no luck i contacted Astro who sent me to Moes then Moes sent me to Astro which told me he cannot proceed without Moes consent Astro told me to tell this to Moes

Astro - Last Wednesday at 12:37 PM wait until you get to talk to moes Astro - Today at 7:34 PM im not finding similarities but maybe he found them so i can't really do anything without his consent you may quote that

I have not received a response from Moes after many atempts

I also tried reaching out to video to resolve this issue without luck

Please assist me in resolving this problem

Moving this back and unlocking since it seems Moes evidence isn't conclusive.
The report on him was simply, "He was banned today, so I'll close this."

Pib has constantly been patient with myself and Moes while sorting out this situation (since Moes doesn't deal with pardons anymore) I went ahead and looked into it myself.

I'll support - I've spoken with OP on Discord who was confused as about what Moes posted and I couldn't find any correlation between the two so I told him that he should reach out to Moes for clarification however he was unable to do so.
