    This happens when a user changes their username. When Mantis tries to create the user it thinks it doesn't exist (because the username is different) but then there's a duplicate user ID. If people run into this they'll have to PM me their old and new usernames so I can update their Mantis account.

    Still dealing with the 8 hour bug ^read above to see what i mean. Also, when switching pages I'm getting a database can't connect. Everyone i've talked to is also experiencing this.
