TWC Dispute

Link to/reason for TWC:
Player accused me of stealing my gear off their account during fire cape service. I provided video documentation of the service and it's clear to see that someone else stole my items. I'm assuming his skype was compromised[I have 2-step verification set up on my Skype]

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
I was a new Fire Cape Service with only 2 vouches at the time.
At first glance I can understand that the accusation held merit.
In the RaS process I provided multiple videos proving my innocence, offered to complete the service if gear was replenished, and in the end refunded the buyer [Via @Excelont]

Anything else you wish to say:
-I have provided documentation/valid proof that I DID NOT commit this offence
-I have handled over 1000m of total trusted wealth since the TWC. Many players did not even have bank pins and every single customer has left me positive feedback.
-I have had access to maxed pures/maxed mains/unique names/skillers since the TWC. No issues.

I realize I just started my Fire Cape Service but I have been a Sythe member since 2012 and respect the community/forums. I would never jeopardize my account and feel that I have proved this to several mods already in this situation.

My only objective here is to open my Fire Cape Service back up and provide a trustworthy and affordable service while I juggle work/school/my social life. Please contact me if I have left out any needed information.

I support the removal. The TWC was precautionary and oO has since shown himself completing more capes and holding significantly more wealth.
