Sold an account that was recovered, claims because he isn't original owner and didn't state such that he doesn't have to refund. As per Sythe rules he's required to refund regardless as he's responsible for an account he sold.

Please show me in the rules where it says I must do this. I resold an account, and none of this wasn't public information. When you buy off black market you run the risk of this happening. It's not my fault lol. I've yet to see one rule I must refund this guys money.
