Look at Anker mice. They're cheap and have great reviews. I used their old $40 gaming mouse (discontinued) for three years and they have good customer support. Looks like they're more ergonomically focused now.
I have this one https://www.amazon.ca/DLAND-Profess...8&qid=1473982601&sr=8-1&keywords=gaming+mouse And I fuckin love it. Quality is good, it has all the settings I'd want from a mouse, plus it looks cool. Not only that but it's $12 under your budget. Highly recommend.

I bought this wireless mouse for $13.99 + SH It's by far one of the best, cheapest, reliable mouses I have used before. https://www.amazon.com/Habor-Wireless-Laptop-Gaming-Notebook/dp/B00V34EX9Q/ref=zg_bs_11036491_68
@Superman did you end up buying any of these? and if you did mind saying which one along with how it is?
I actually didn't. I chose an anker mouse, it sat in my amazon cart for a while, and I just didn't end up buying it
Just wanted to share this for anyone else looking to but one. https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-...=1476736907&sr=8-4&keywords=steelseries+rival A little over Superman's original budget but I recently bought this because I didn't want to spend much on a mouse. I'd recommend this one to anybody looking for something cheap but still enough customization features.
