Reporting Phatalize

I'm asking extra information that isn't clear in the report, so answer what I asked

 

He posted here then messaged me, apparently the account was locked within the last few minutes so that will be dealt with, that is not what the report is about at all and im not sure why OP posted here instead of just asking me? Please don't accuse me of random things when the OP doesn't say anything to me until after he has posted here.

 

To help, Rsgold asked for proof that staynbizzy had preformed the recoveries a few weeks ago and failed, he then went to preform the recoveries right now, failed and got the account locked, and used that picture as his "proof"

 

I did not get the account locked.
rsgold asked me to show recovery so I went ahead and went through the normal recovery process but it said I had to recover it from ingame.
Thats when I took the picture of the client where it said it got locked.
So I posted that picture on sythe and AFTER that I went ahead and sent a recovery through the client.
But it denied after few mins.

 

A failed recovery would get the account locked, I'm not even part of the sale and I know RsGold asked for the proof of your failed attempts from a week or so ago, yet you still went to get one now and used that as your "proof".

 

I have sent him recovery of few weeks ago. Ask it himself.
As I said on skype I havent been on the account for over 4days so I didnt knew it was locked.

 

If you have time please read both this and the last report posted, most people will be able to see the numerous reasons I don't want to get involved in the reselling of this account and be held liable if it is re sold. Again anyone can message me to ask about the many other issues, and hopefully more mods will post here, any help is appreciated.

 

Phatalize keeps getting denied when he sends the recovery.
What is going to happen if he cant unlock/recover it?

Ok well im sure one Mod doesn't make an executive decision, and the account looks to now be perm. locked so it may not even be an issue.

Maybe you should try to get the full story before commenting, all I can say is I offer staynbizzy more money to sell the account with my help than he had asked for in the first place, also much more than I had offered to buy it back for. I can say the "$150" he continues to throw out is made up, but that is not what this thread is about so I let him be. If you knew a bit more about account sales maybe you'll understand the numerous reasons to not get involved in the re sale of an account, especially when it has been hacked. I still offer all customers a way to bring me into the sale so they can make more money. 1 thread that the majority don't even understand fully, that's how you make a decision? Why don't you go talk to my many happy customers who have needed their accounts unlocked and recovered, or just bought an account from me and had a great experience, which is something I can't say for most when they visit the accounts sections.

 

Can you explain here what your "help" consists of?
How much you ask for that "help"?

For the mods, what will happen now since he says the account is perm locked?

 

I guess no one is going to point out what's odd about this report.

Stay makes a report on Phatalize to help recover the account from a vpn/proxy and is banned for being hacked.

A month later he is unbanned in which Phatalize is asked to restore the account, which he does.
After the account is restored within 24 hours Stay has it listed for 400M 07 which is $344-$380 if you sell it to a gold buying/selling website. (mind you he paid $525)
After him posting the account up and days go by with offers less than half of what he was originally expecting to get he starts showing people he can't recover the acccount by attempting recoveries himself (which can be faked/or just put in just random information, there is no reason for this at all as it proves nothing.

Mind you, he just asked for it to be recovered which would mean he couldn't have done it himself and after it's restored to his email and IP address he's suddenly sending in reports with wrong and inaccurate information, basically spamming Jagex to recover an account that he's already using on his IP address and email...

It's pretty clear Stay is upset he can't recoup a fraction of what he spent and has since abused the account and the recovery requests in which Jagex has more than likely flagged at this point, I would be extremely surprised if this account isn't permanently locked as Stay has abused the system in attempting to "prove a point" that never needed to be proved.

Based off the facts I have provided this looks like a large case of Buyer's remorse.

 

I think you got this wrong.
Never ment to "abuse" the recovery systems.
Here is my side of the story.
My email was hacked a month ago, I believe the hackers had targeted me since I have had an elysian spirit shield on my main.
Only account they could of get on the email was the maxed ags pure of Phatalize.
Luckily I only had around 60m07 on the pure but they took the pure also.
So I went on and tried to recover the account for 2weeks straight, once a day.
But I kept getting denied so I had to contact phatalize to recover the account, he got accepted on his first try.

After that I played on the account for a few days, then I decided to sell the pure since I was scared how they hacked my email etc, more worse stuff could of happen.

So I tried getting a buyer but phatalize kept scaring the buyers by saying:"I am not responsible for the account if it gets recoverd or locked."
I asked him to sell the pure on his thread and ill give him 300$ if he sells for 600$(thats for how much he sells it on his website).
But he didnt want to do that.
He offerd to help me resell it by putting his name on MY thread and telling the buyers that he will help recover if anything happens, he told me he wants 150$ if I sell it for 400-450.
So I asked Astro and Chloe about it and they told me that Phatalize will have to do this free of charge since he is the OO.

After few days I found a buyer who was realy interested in buying it.
He told me to show proof of everything what I said and I did show him everything he asked for.
Than he asked me to show recovery getting denied so I went ahead and tried to send a recovery but it wouldnt let me recover through runescape.com since the account was locked.
I was unaware of the account being locked since the last time I went on it was when I took pictures of the pure to sell it.
So phatalize attempted 2 recoveries through the rs client since it was locked.
There was 24hours between the 2 recoveries.
He told me the account is perm locked and he will try to recover it again after 2days.

@iHateQuesting , it could be also possible he is putting wrong info at the recovery and getting denied but saying it was my fault that it is perm locked?(which we are not sure of yet since he only did 2 recoveries when the account was locked).
The recoveries gets denied for membership info and creation postcode/location when he sends them.

Now what am I supposed to do and how is this going to be sorted out?

He wouldn't recover the account and put himself at risk of refund $500+ when he is more than willing to help.. The account does him no good locked at all, you just admitted to abusing the recovery system and the account, there is nothing more to talk about.

 

If I had of abused it than why did he get accepted the first try?

What the hell do you mean you didn't abuse the system? You just admitted that you sent in a recovery request once a day for 14 days. That's fucking insane. The reason he got it first try is cuz his I.p. And info is obviously original and it obviously looks like you were a hacker (sending in 14 failed attempts) so they gave it back to the original owner and probably flagged your I.p. anywase originaly I thought you were in the right here but I can 100% undestand that YOU MAY BE AT FAULT for getting it locked due to your negligence. How should phatalize be at fault for that.....
