There is absolutely no way these are legally obtained as I know EXACTLY how OP got this. @Astro If you are uninformed of how these are obtained then I would be more than happy to provide you with the process.

Unless OP can provide proof that last 4 # of the CC are his this should be locked

 

Be careful with buying merged balance cards - typically these are illegally obtained (through carders & hacked accounts). You can be tracked and held legally responsible for the purchase and use of these cards.
