• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Around December of 2014 is when I officially created my power levelling thread ([200+ Vouches][$100 Donor]Effigycraft's Power Levelling [SVU][AIO]) but I wasn't too active. The following year, starting in November of 2015, I started working on this business and over the next couple of months it turned out fairly successful. I was able to hire a few workers, go through some bad ones, and be able to make a steady amount of money that I was using for my main account. Around the start of February I decided to hire someone by the name of "Lukeboi." Over the next few weeks, I came to trust Lukeboi entirely too much and he ended up scamming me and several other people that were going to him for work. Since Lukeboi was my worker, using my name and whatnot to get jobs for himself (which I allowed him to do, big mistake) he was able to get a few orders before he left and scammed the people he did. With the money made from my service, I funded my main account and didn't retain any of the value in gold/money for myself. So after this happened, I wasn't able to pay back the people who Lukeboi scammed, including myself who took the biggest hit with the amount I trusted him with. I decided to quit Sythe and say sorry to the people that I affected and I felt sincerely sorry about the action I took after the scam took place. If possible, I'd like to get in touch with these users and either do the work - or a similar estimate in another skill or come up with a payment plan that works with both of us after I get unbanned from Sythe. I'd be able to fulfill any of these requests but currently do not have the funds to pay them back straightforward so one of the options above would be the best. And, if another victim comes forward with solid proof that Lukeboi also scammed them, I will compensate for them as well (I have no idea if there's more, only basing it off the reports above). I hope the people who support me and what I've done come through and I hope the globals see that I'm not at fault for this but do want to take the blame and give back as much as I can.

Lukeboi scammed me - 162m order + 75m in bank = 237m

Lukeboi worker of Effigycraft = 100m

documenting effigy admitting sgs scammed - 100m + sgs (that time price) = 150m

As far as I'm aware the 100M was never in the transaction and only the sgs is accounted for being stolen.

Who's the worker that's messaging you? I'll gladly talk to them and see what's up.

Wouldnt make any sense if you didnt take the 100m service fee? Because then Luke wouldnt have been able to get on the account and steal the Sgs?

IDK about the service fee, this order was one that lukeboi took under without my knowledge until after he scammed. From what I know and see from the Skype logs, only the SGS was stolen, but if there was more then I would have no problem with eventually paying that back as well

As with Shwag, I do remember him working for me for a short period of time, if he can show me how much I owe him I'll repay it.

I'm looking to repay as much as I can and as I don't have the funds right now, I hope I'm relatively trusted enough to establish a payment plan over time with my victims and want to have everyone refunded by the start of December.

 

Overall this can be our basis for how much you owe back.

We will list everything here for what you owe.

Regarding a payment plan of some sort, im not sure if we allow this or not.

Would be unfair to allow it as other banned members can say oh i need a payment plan as well.

Ill ask for more staff input on it though.

Thanks, I appreciate your time. I hope I'm able to. I'd of paid back all the victims of Lukeboi immediately but I didn't have the funds because I was supporting my mains buyables with them and not retaining any money to myself.

 

Payment plan probably won't fly. Send out some emails, skype adds, etc. to the members who were scammed and give it about two weeks. If not, I'll likely have you pay back some more recent scams as a sign of good faith.
