How can someone get more involved with RS Business without having to do high time commitment stuff like live chat and skilling/questing? Are there higher skill jobs/tasks that can be done?

 

not really. being around to run your business is a chief component of having a successful business. i guess you could sell gold or something occasionally but you can see how that might be profitable

 

You can partner up with someone and negotiate which portion of the work you would be doing.

You'll never escape the formula: more time put in = more money earned

but that isn't to say if you don't have 10 hours a day to put into Runescape-related business you can't make any money.

I mean, thats still skilling. Partnering up with someone doesnt make it not skilling. Plus partnering is always iffy because people can be unreliable.

I believe that would leave you with:

• Scripting (premium bots or private scripts)
• Creating GFX
• Creating useful software tools (either RS related or things like a Sythe auto-bumper)
• VPN/VPS/Proxy services
• Advertising (someone's RS business) services
• Fire capes
• DMM services (not too sure what that's like)
• Minigame services
