    Why report: bought a main 7-8month ago and the acc get stole, trying to contact arcus on livechat, all the time its lili or cathy telling me email and add skype but when i email him he take like 2week for a reply... If a mod can contact the owner i want to talk directly to the owner and not fucking helper telling me email like 100time

    I had issues with an account before your best option is to email accounts services

    [email protected] (arcus lili told me to email that once) and i got direct support from who creates and trains the accounts (not sure if it was the owner or not)

    yeah already do this like 2week ago got only 1 reply and the guy told me he was rlly busy because he travelling, cathy and lili told me to email again and again and no reply

    Boss reply me after 60hour and not after 44hour telling he refund me + giving me another acc. talking with lili telling me the same shit she tell all time email or skype. The leader is never here he travelling and he never add me on skype. Email take 1week for a reply
