I was bumping my info product today: Build Your Virtual Goods Empire. Secrets to Increasing Your Sales REVEALED [$9.99][Kindle/PP]

I noticed Bus369 has titled his using my tag line which I build my product brand around, also the name of my product itself "Virtual Goods Empire".

It is not a coincidence he has done this, as he's undercut my product too, which is an attempt at stealing my customers by misleading them into believing they will get a product equal in quality to mine for a lower price.

I will now outline why that is not true:

1) I offer a 30 day no questions asked 100% refund guarantee as I'm so confident that my product benefits others.

2) I spent almost a year on my product, which I'm sure I can prove too if absolutely necessary. Months of research and thousands of hours of personal experience went into the tools and methods outlined in my product. I highly doubt Bus369 did this.

3) I have tried to waste money purchasing Bus' product simply to see if it's a spun version of mine (plagiarized). His autobuy service didn't even work, so now he has the money I spent andI have no product. So I'm unsure how others can vouch for his product (if real vouches), unless he manually sent them a vouch copy.

I understand it may look pathetic that I'm doing this, but I want him to understand the circumstances of ripping off my brand. I could do much worse, but I respect he can have his own product.

All I want to be sure of is that it's not a rip off of my product on a deeper level than the way I have branded mine.

Now he has time to edit the product if it is plagiarized, therefore i recommend a mod should check the last edit date of the pdf/ebook file that he provides.

Sorry @Bus369 our relationship has to begin this way on sythe. But I'm not a competitor to mess with like this. I hope you take this as a useful learning curve for future. Maybe I should write a book on how to build a brand, and give you a vouch copy.

No buddy, in the post above I've attached a screenshot of the automated paypal email receipt paypal send once a payment is complete.

The other image shows a blank email template from the autobuy processor he uses to host the book. As you can see it says "here is the link", then nothing.

I bought to see if his guide is a reworded copy of mine seeing as he seems to have released it so quick and pretty much copied my sales slogan for my own product.

I respect he has an equal right to sell his own product at any price, but I attempted to buy it to check it's not a plagiarized version of mine.#

I am unable to check if he has bought my product as he could have used a different paypal to the one I listed. It looks like a mule paypal as it doesn't say rsgoldfund.

I've also sold lots of copies on Amazon Kindle, where amazon.com have looked at my book before adding it to their store, I cannot see the buyer information for those sold on amazon as I only get royalties.

 

I get that, im just getting the fact that he owes you a refund of $8.99.

Going to wait for @Bus369 response to take further action atm.

 

I don't mind much for the $8.99 however he can refund if he wishes. I would rather have a copy of the book to ensure it's not a copy of mine.

If Bus is willing to send you a copy of his book, I have no worries sending you mine so you can compare.

Hard to prove, but if the last edit date of the file (found in file properties) is today then it's a huge coincidence. Although it wouldn't be enough to prove, if he did initially copy mine, he will now need to go through the hassle to edit his product to ensure it doesn't.

 

Looking into this atm, its a issue on rocketr(auto buy processor) then it is me.

I've got the flu or strep throat the past 2 days so I haven't been around.

If this is a serious post I'll get it fixed.

Ok I have checked the mediafire link you have provided. It is dated before mine and less detailed in some common areas, and does not have some techniques altogether so is all good, definitely a different product. If you can ensure it doesn't come close to the title of mine etc then I have no worries. You have every right to sell your own product too

 

Just so everyone knows, I've actually been selling this ebook on a diff forum then sythe longer before KingL1993 even wrote his.

Copyright obviously isn't an issue as his didn't even exist at the time when I started branding/selling mine(my download is older + my sales threads are older to).

I've agreed to tweak 3 words in my title who would prefer I don't use the words "Virtual goods empire" apparently so once my threads unlocked I'll change it to =[Build Your Business]Secrets->Methods->Steps->To Help Grow Your Websites[AUTOBUY]=

Even though I actually had it 1st, I honestly don't care about the 3 words in the title of a ebook lmao so if it makes him happy I'm more than glad to change it up.

 

Some tips:

1) It is advertised as having 20,000+ words. In fact it has a little over 3000, 17-18 pages in length and 20k characters. I can see how this was an error, so just take a little extra time in the launch period to ensure false advertising doesn't occur.

2) The book has clearly not been proof read. There are a few typos and words which do not make contextual sense.
