It is possible that Cost accidentally clicked on your live chat button which activated the live chat making it appear online.

I was actually going to bring this up last night when I had time, thank you for pointing it out. Cost didn't actually use inspect element he clicked the button which opened the chat and doesn't have the trigger.

 

guy's, i already appoligied 100 times and have no idea how to inspect element, how ever when i was clicking his livechat option sometimes it was online/ i closed it reopened and sometimes it would come on line with no reply.

This has gone too far @iHateQuesting I used you're service after he refunded to get the gold and it all went smooth.

 

Alright going to be closing this.
