Insufficient privileges?

Im on the market and browsing through some forums and i was shocked when i couldn't view anything. I looked down at the bottom of my screen and it said " You have insufficient privileges to post here". I cant even look at some markets, and i cant post? whys that, im not banned, not suspended, i was wrongfully accused of something last week but a mod lifted my suspension when i showed him proof. I am puzzled.

Which forum(s) in particular couldn't you access?

 

Sorry, it was just actually when I clicked a thread, I wouldn't click a specific sub group. For example like rs accounts. I would click it and then expect to see the ACC's. Instead of clicking pures and skillers or mains and what not. Can you lock this or delete it
