    I thought that based on the current pardon procedures, a neglected pardon = a rejected pardon

    Correct me if I'm wrong though

    I speak to them real-time on Discord, they apparently can't be bothered to invest 10 minutes to assist in getting people repaid. Even though some staff are on 20 hours a day (recreational time + livechat work).
