That's such a huge gap.. No one would work livechat if they only made $200 weekly.

 

Wortel works for rs crown making $150-$200/2 weeks and that's my biggest comp lmao.

2 of my current workers are making $200-$250/1 week, both are during our dead zones.

If ur going to get 1/2 the chats(during dead time), ur going to make 1/2 the pay lol, its half the work.

I don't know Hattez's timezone nor availability or if it matches up with our open slots.

Hence the $200-$400 range.

Also, I literally have a guy who makes more in 25 hours then a guy who works 60 hours(like x2 as much), its literally all timezone/availability/sales exp lol(my senior agent makes that vs my newest agent).
