Even though you have a $2000 donation rank you obviously don't value it anymore as you have made next to no posts in the last 4 years.

If it was as you say 30 hours a month, whats stopping you from recruiting an employee to cover the 30 hours you can no longer cover in the month. If you are able to sell it for the 6-7k you are looking you should be able to train an employee and pay them a small percentage of the 3.5K+ you claim it can make.

It is not something I can delegate, or I already would have. That is why I'm only selling it one other person. It relies on certain information that I only have, and I am essentially providing that 'pool of cash flow' to the next person. if you give it to an employee, there is nothing stopping them from taking it all themselves.

why don't you teach a close friend/family member and take a fixed % off them/month? you'd get more, the method is almost guaranteed to not get leaked etc

Haven't told anyone close to me about this method, it is honestly one of the only things holding on from my childhood gaming days, I'd rather let it go. To be honest, to let it go and get a payout is much better than holding onto it. I am at a point in my life where this amount is chump change anyway due to future career positions.

You're acting as you're giving away this method from the goodness of your heart. The reality is that you're asking $5k for it which doesn't make any sense at all. If what this method makes you is chump change, then $5k is also chump change therefore the payment isn't relevant at all. Why not hold a competition and give the method out for free? You must know how suspicious you're sounding.
