• Report/post/reason that got you banned/Description: I got banned on 9/26 for being accused of being a user called Bobby_rs because we had the same anime avatar picture . I was new and believed that it was not right how I got banned without being asked or with the only piece of evidence being that we had the same picture. Anyway 2 days later I get unbanned and within 20 minutes of being unbanned I get rebanned when I was talking about selling a rare rsn to Josh, want to know what for? For the biggest bullshit you will ever hear of , Joshuaag1234 reported this picture and I got banned for knowingly buying stolen goods : Gyazo - a577e2f6eed37bebdd0525a4b05fd93b.png First and foremost, I didn't know the name was stolen until after I bought it Josh copy and pasted only what he wanted staff members to see.The story is, like a month or two ago in a ts I was in as I was an active pvper I said I was buying names, dude says he has a name "martial" I said ill buy it, I bought it off him and then asked if he had another rare name and he said no, asked how he got his names and he said he stole that name. Conversation ended there and never talked to him again. Now I told Josh the name was stolen because he asked the origin of the name as he claimed he once owned the name. NOBODY REPORTED THE NAME SNIPED ON SYTHE. > I get banned for knowingly buying stolen goods when I emphasized I didn't know until after. Richard told me he thought the name was sniped from sythe and that I probably would be escrowing and being unbanned that same day but because of my unwise decisions to harass Chloe and Joshuaag1234 it was moved to a 2 week ban. Anywhom I did some digging talked to that same guy again and told him where he got the name from and he told me he scammed the name from someone advertising that they are renting out their max main ingame for free, and that guy told me he got kicked off the account 10 minutes after being on the account "Martial" and lost nothing because he knew it was a scam so he got his friend to get access to that max main again and when his friend got access they loaded 2 bonds and took the name off max main scammer. Anyways time goes on as I wait the 2 week ban out and I do some pretty stupid shit on discord such as continue to harass Josh and told him to "Watch his back" and I would "Get him back" I linked my ************ profile and told him I would "expose" him Gyazo - 6791c59be46bb04a35f8fb4a69d14391.png and that was taken as a threat to hack him and was told DNT for that, I really didn't tell him that in the way that I was threatening to hack him I told straight up I knew he scammed on other forums and I'm going to go on ************ and expose him , But apparently that picture 100% is a threat hack. ************ has more to do than just hacking. Hes banned on the other forum and posts are all gone so I was going to get all the archives and use the database for that forum to expose him for scamming as he and me both know it.

P.S I know I was completely stupid for trying to sell a name (Richard made it clear to me) I knew was stolen but honestly what was I supposed to do with the name? I gave Richard this scenario. You bought an x box from a pawn shop, then later you wanted to sell the xbox and you found someone to sell it to but then at the last minute you hear it was stolen. Richard said he would get his money back off the pawn shop for selling stolen goods but I didn't have that ability? After he told me how he got the name I wanted to trade back but he refused.

I mean I don't even know if this name is really even stolen or he is just a shitter and fabricated how he got the name. What would you do?

I really don't feel like DNT is fair for this. I haven't scammed anyone and have traded 3k+ with a lot of trusted Sythe members and I work for Road_to_1m in his livechat @www.thersgoldshop.com

I know that I still need to be punished for harassing Josh & Chloe but I do believe the DNT would not be justified. I have learned my lesson.

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: The real owner of rsn "Martial" Could be anywhere in RS , the name was scammed from 2 non sythe users and I have no connections to talk to the real owner, asked the kid I bought the name from who he scammed of and he didn't know.

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No, at this point I am just saying the truth and everything that happened because I wish to pursue a business career on Sythe.

The fact that you'd link a screenshot that had that website in it and then proceed to say "u really gonna regret it" makes me think you were indeed trying to hack him, regardless of your back story.
I also don't believe you didn't know the name was stolen, you say you were on teamspeak.. but I honestly feel you were just covering up chatlogs. (This is my persona belief and opinion - Staff can see it from a different perspective.)

Not to mention, the insults you flung at me for no reason.

Then, there was the situation of you saying things in Discord that could lead to the recovery of my RS3 account.
You said you were just curious about it, but you kept mentioning things such as my reddit account being 8 months old, that I had bought keys on the account and that I was gold members. You were trying to intimidate me and what seemed like you were trying to recover my account by looking through my reddit. (This is my personal belief on the situation, again, Staff members don't need to take this into consideration but it is how I feel.)

In my eyes, you are a threat to the community.

 

Honestly you don't sound remorseful at all. Your attitude is awful and you clearly can't keep your head cool in a pressuring situation.

I don't trust you at all at this point and I don't think you should return until you've shown us you can be mature.

however, the names market is probably one of the worst markets for scams / sniping in which nothing is 100% concrete as to who took a name etc.

anyone could fabricate a story as to how they obtained a name. Some top sellers sell some crazy names that claim to be stolen. why don't they get punished as well?
