Banned for "Hacked Account"

Can you look into this please? Idk why I am banned, it says my account was suspected of being hacked..

You’ll need to post with your username, a new email you want registered to the account, and then we’ll change the email of your account for you. Then, go to www.sythe.org/lost-password/ and recover your account. From there, log into your account, and set a NEW password that you have not used anywhere else, your account was most likely hacked because you were using the same/similar password across multiple boards or services (skype, runescape, etc).
