Unregistered email makes not one bit of difference to the safety of the account as everybody already knows.

It does make a difference because since the account has never had an email registered to it that means when the person buys it they get to have the first ever email put onto the account. Not only that but it ensures you know the first and only password to the account since you can't change the password without an email address so yes it is infact the safest way you can buy an account on top of not buying one from individuals like you who have been on this site for a few months with 10 vouches and use a VPN

 

If the original owner of the account submits a recovery request, they will get the account back, jagged mainly look at the original ip and payment details, if he request is submitted from that ip they barely look at anything else.
