recovering

As title, looking to recover my account named: inanity
Haven't been online for months for personal reasons and lost most of my login data from various forums including this one.

i do not know the email anymore, if you can tell me i might be able to check it out if i still have access.
i do not know the password anymore, obv.

I do know however the recovery phrase if i call correctly.
Would be great if you could help me out by either providing me the connected email or put it on a other email so i can reset password or provide me with instructions.
