    Hello everyone!
    When I try to open a Word 2010 file, i recieve an error message "Word experienced an error trying to open the file." How can I resolve this problem? How to repair word file?

    try an alternative that's capable of opening the same file.

    if it doesnt work then you'll know the problem lies with the file itself and not your installation of microsoft office.

    Like rosed said try opening it online with anything that can open the .docx extension. If it can't then your file is corrupt.

    Try opening it with WordPad, if that works, copy and paste your stuff and make a new word doc
