i've moved since I was last banned. I was living in the dorms at the time but now I live off campus I am still posting in the general vicinity/area.

1) I'm posting in the general vicinity of where I last posted from before I was banned (within a 2 mile range, since I was living in the dorms at that time, and now I'm located slightly farther away from campus)

2) I'm posting from the same IP that I used when I made the DNT/Pardon thread a few days ago.

3) Seeing how worked up you got from our "differences in opinion" in that thread, I think you are familiar with my style of writing by now. It's been over two years but you vividly remember how "excellent of a story-teller" I am as you stated on your feedback thread recently.

4) Since you and I talked on a lot Skype during the days leading up to my ban, I'm sure you remember something that you can ask me to verify my identity if you still don't believe its me.

5) I'm not sure what "you'll need someone of a higher status to confirm your identity" means but I sure JohnG or even Jack can confirm its me.

 

JohnG or Jack work fine - don't get all riled up. There's protocol and account recoveries are all handled with the rule that unless there's 100% proof it's you, then the recovery isn't done, especially with a relatively high profile account like your own.

Get me that 100% proof, please and thanks. If you wish to have another admin work this recovery feel free to request their name and I will tag them and bring them on board.
