I've got scammed 1000$+

Hey all guys:
Im not kidding, yesterday i traded with mathieu2815 (skype name),he said he had 2.1b, and wanna use G2G website trading, I only have account on here, im sure he found me from sythe, just want to tell ur guys, be care with mathieu2815.
Then we do trade on G2G, we do increments at the beginning,the i bought 1200m at one time, i think then we can do trade 200m, 200m, it will be more faster,but after i paid, he said he was gathering gold, need more times, then the website said he had sent the trading video to them, the video recording he gave the 1200m to the same account with same level with my account.
But i didnt receive the gold,it is not my account.
Now i found him always change his skype name, guys be careful.

Sorry this happened to you April, these websites should have better systems in place so scammers can't do this to you

 

This is the video, as i known, it is not on Old School RuneScape, it is on OS-Scape-Where every tick count.
But i cannt find the difference except the server name, since in the video it doesnt have the name, who Plays on this private server?Can u help me?
I really know little about this,

Maybe @Yousuckv2 can help you point out something in that video that belongs to an RSPS and not Oldschool so you can dispute the payment via G2G.

They haven't returned my money so far, i continue contacting with G2G, thanks for ur advice, i will add Yousuckv2, hoping he can do me a favor.

The video I watched is either Real or the best fake I've ever seen.

I did tests to make sure I was right, everything from the text coloring of the trade to the rsn's matching the highscores on 07 runescape to the skills adding up to the proper interfaces to the proper login screen & cash.

the other thing is on os-scape its home is Edge and u respawn at edge, so why would that many fake people be at lumby?

Also its a pk-spawn, nobody has the stats ur seeing in that video on os-scape, nobody is going to be walking around in bronze or a wooden shield or sword or a air staff, ever, I don't even know if u can get a air staff or wooden gear on Os-scape.


OP I feel bad but from a professional standpoint the video would of fooled me, I can find no fault, no error, no mistake on it at all.

It was either actually Runescape, or the video editor has a lot of skill.

It's even got the "welcome to runescape" login message, which Os-scape obviously does not have.

I cannot imagine the amount of time and work it would take to verify and properly fake every single minor detail, even the quest list and stuff is in perfect matching order.


I wish I could help OP, but from a RSPS & RS professional standpoint that video would of fooled me.


RSPS NEVER HAVE THIS KIND OF EMULATION, its literally immaculate, Os-scape is a good server but the devil is always in the details, I just cannot imagine that such a feat of video editing could be pulled off so perfectly, nor do I think os-scape has the ability to flawlessly mirror rs2007 so perfectly in such a strange place.

I cant find a fault, I watched it 5 times and I literally had straw sit down and tested the trade colors and stuff to confirm they matched.

I don't know what to say lol.


THE ONLY THING I NOTICED, Is that in a certain segment of the video a fire is lit, however in the actual runescape there is only logs.

that's the ONLY DIFFERENCE I SAW, however I think its probably just because someone lit the fire when he was recording.

Even the fire is in the right place where the logs would be on real runescape lol.

Seems this was legit, you can't use email logins on os-scape any world as far as I know.

First we had done three trades before i pay the 1200m, after i paid the money to G2G, he changed his char name, and dont do trade, it takes long time, i was waiting for him for a long time, then i feeled strange, until the site sent me the video.

Second, he must have many accounts, the first part of video maybe it is true on oldschool runescape, but the last part maybe not.

 

I spoke with Furreal regarding this, idk if the video is real or not, I'm thinking it is.

Can confirm that is not os-scape RSPS though, Furreal tried making an account with that guys RSN and its available meaning it was never registered(which is required to login os-scape).

Whatever u think in that video is fake, I can 100% prove/gauruntee its not os-scape RSPS sorry.

The video is definitely fake, looking at the icons just tells me something is wrong. Just can't seem to put my finger on it, I will keep trying.
