    I bought some Runique gold from Probemas.com yesterday and went to the live chat to collect my gold and they said out of stock... So why sell it? I asked how long it will take and they said 1 hour. I came back 2 hours later and they said still no stock. Come in the morning we promise it will be here. I then have woken up this morning to find they have no Runique stock.

    Why are they selling things they don't have? Isn't this against the rules?

    Edited the thread title. Since they have now refunded you the problem has been sorted. I agree, it should have been communicated with you better however they're not trying to scam you.
