Hsurab's Gold Scamming 75m OSRS.

Explanation of the trade: I sold him 5,000,000 Os-scape World 2 Blood money vs 75m OSRS
How they scammed: He accused me of being staff because he traded carelessly and got himself banned and now he is not paying.
He has now walked away with a free 100m+ 07 and not have to have paid either of us.

Now the 3rd transaction is where stuff starts to get a little weird.

He says he needs to buy 5m more, we agree 75m OSRS for it.

a friend of mine says ingame they just killed a RWTer at Easts for 1m cash (the place we were previously trading) so i ask Hsurab about it

He simply shrugs it off and wishes to continue, i ask if i could receive the 07 first as this increased risk made me uneasy.

I mention to him that the kid who killed him is most likely contacting staff about him and he just simply ignores it.

I ask which way we're doing the trade and he says the same way as usual and tells me to go to the exact same place we went before (same place he was just killed for 1m bm)

Then suddenly his friend is teleported?

After that he continues to question whether im staff or not, asking me to make a sythe account to confirm im not staff? Which i have done. Now he's got it in his mind that i'm a staff member and he doesn't have to pay me per his terms and conditions here...

Although, because of the increased risk of the trade i did tell him that any problems with the trade he's responsible because of the increased risk. This was agreed to by him here - http://prntscr.com/cjy2xk

I don't understand how he can say i should be help responsible when he traded so carelessly. I have traded with this for a long time and he's even vouched for me saying i'm not staff so i could sell gold easier. I'll find that proof if necessary.

Not sure how to edit, but doesn't it seem convenient that he walks away with 100m+ 07 for free and me and the buyer are both at a loss?

 

WE both got banned include, the 1st and 2nd trades were lost because mod ban us, we didn't receive nothing from you, we bot banned for you, you're working with staff and you told a os scape staff/player our names, tha seems like you're working with they,
Also sketchy I paid you (for bm) and this trade, we lost it and then IP banned from os scape just 5 mintues after trade you. I already make a report with all evidence about it.

Also don't act like you don't have part with os scape staff, we got proof that you been confirmed, no one scammed you, you got us banned and asking for payment when you told staff who are us, we didn't receive nothing for you literally.

You confirmed that your buyer received the 5m and it's confirmed in the pictures, so you didn't have to give him anything. And now because of your accusations, you're trying to keep all the money he paid you and not have to pay me my 75m.

I did not give your names to anyone, but as you're so sure and this is the reason for your scam, i'd like to see your proof.

You legit have no proof of anything, perhaps it'll look that way because i'm a new user and staff may be biased, but you have no proof.

Because as i wrote above, he said he killed a rwter at easts for 1m. This is the place you bought 6m from me before that.

Also i'm willing to drop this report if he does pay me the 75m i'm owed, so he can keep his rep and continue making money!

 

@Hsurabs Gold , you have done many trades with this user in the past. Why are you automatically assuming he's with staff now? You have no definitive proof that jacob is working among staff. You owe Jacob 75m 07 gold from what i can see.

 

Excelont, We did traded with him in the past, All the gold that he sold me I lost it because he told a os scape member our names, all my accounts got banned after trade with him, after the big trade we both got banned (customer and me), I repeat HE TOLD OUR NAME TO os scape member, we didn't even touched the gold, because Moderators banned us inmediatly. Got what I mean?

 

You accusing me of it and me being his friend isn't proof that i told him man, i wouldn't do that. We've been trading for a long time and you've even vouched for me that i'm not a staff member.

Also sketchy because if he isn't a os scape staff member why his accounts aren't banned like ours accounts, whe he is directly invovled with the trade look this.
He aren't banned, also acting Sketchy asking for the 07 first when he always goes first before the trade.

You said it wasn't done via drop trade but the moderator just confirmed it in game.

Please give Jacob the 75m 07 you owe him.

 

Just chiming in, but it is plenty possible the moderator was threatening the ability to view something he/she does not have access to and/or may be entirely impossible to view (would have to talk to someone more experienced with RSPS for a confirmation).

This would make sense as a justification for how they figured it out without giving away their "source" per-say.

I'm talking to someone who's heavily in the RSPS market while im doing this. The gold was handed over via drop trade to the right person and was confirmed by that screen shot above. After the trade takes place no one is held reliable for what happens after the trade. He recieved the rsps gold but never paid out and was banned after. If Jacob was part of the staff or telling staff things wouldn't jacob have waited to recieve his payment of 75m before getting the user banned? There's no direct correlation and no proof that Jacob got him banned.
