Title: Artur requesting a DNT for Trying to buy a Database

What is your total debt: No debts towards anyone

List of offences you've committed and ban reason given to you: I was banned in 2014 for banning a player on a server who I owed 250k on 07 too, I paid my debts and apologized for my actions, I was also banned in December 2, 2015 for trying to buy a database on a different forum.


If you scammed, have you made any follow-up attempts on contacting your victims or received any response(s): the 250k I owed in 2014 has been fully paid right after the ban, after that no other incidents have happened where I owe anyone money nor will it happen.

Anything you wish to add: I've been apart of Sythes community since 2009 and I know I've been careless for my actions I've made over the years. I do apologize on behalf of my actions and the mistakes I've made. As far as my last ban, I didn't see it as anything wrong nor did I think it was against Sythes rules at first until after I had talks with multiple staff members about it and saw it was wrong. I've read all the Sythes rules and I will not break anymore rules at all. I just want to have one last chance of being apart of the community where I can buy and sell like any other member. I would really appreciate if the community and staff can give me this last chance, I promise not to make the same careless mistakes I've made in the past. Thank you for taking the time to read my pardon.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I tried buying a database from a different website back in november not knowing it was against the rules and at the time I didn't think it was wrong, I had a long talk with Matt and Entrr about this issue after my ban and they made me realize that I was wrong in every way for wanting to purchase a database. I truly apologize for it. I've been apart of Sythes community since 2009 and I know I've been careless for my actions I've made over the years. Why were you trying to purchase a database? What were your intentions if you acquired it?

 

The reason why I was trying to purchase the database is to get the old players emails of Nearreality.com so I can tell them to join the Near-reality that was up, I was co owner at the time of the server and Nearreality.com wasn't up and wasn't planned to go back up. at the time I didn't think it'd be a big deal just to obtain the emails and make a mass message informing them that Near-reality is back up.

Here is the timestamp from my puush account on November 30, 2015 2 days before my ban.

I never ended up purchasing the database so I didn't obtain anyones information, the right move to do would be to message the old owner of Nearreality.com asking for the emails and if it would be okay with him for us to use it, but I didn't see it as something wrong up until Matts and my conversation while my first pardon was going on.

 

Needs a few more supports/no supports.

 

I'll support as I believe that you weren't trying to acquire the database for malicious purposes.
