Well I would suggest the following things so you're in tip-tip shape:

Barrow Gloves & 94 Magic for Venge.

Should I get 75 or 78 attack?

 

Whats wield-able at 78 attack?

 

Don't think there's anything but I've seen lots of zerkers with 78 attack? Maybe because those 3 levels you unlock a higher chance of hitting or a new hit?

I assume that they got 78 attack over time from pking with a whip or something, you don't get a new hit, more accuracy sure but it's not worth getting past 75 attack.

My advice to you is stay low combat, at my cmb you get mains all day long in pvp lol

 

Did you alch training mage?

 

Yeah alched 94 then got 94-95 pking/zulrah

 

Get that strength up boi! Do some deadlifts!
