Lost account, no access to email linked

I lost access to my account a while back and just decided to make a new one but figured I might aswell try to gain access to it again. I can provide whatever information I need to potentially get access again

Again - post from a matching home IP - if that's can't be done then I really have nothing left for you.

Also, "but my skype matches the posted skype" is not a valid way to access the account.
