Hattez Retention and Release of Personal Information

We all know that toying with people on the site, teamspeak, skype is good and fun. But when it goes too far, it goes too far.

Hattez willingly used his access to my personal information to compile a dox on me and has released it twice before (You all know this and it was handled prior).

Now, with him being removed/resigned from R2Pleasent; he has still retained my photo ID for personal use as a form of blackmail/leverage on myself. This is 100% unacceptable, and he has willingly leaked it to his little underlings in their private skype or discord. ie; Derik, Lame, etc.

These are just a couple little pokes on Discord at retention of the information, we all know he has it. He has rattled it off piece by piece on voice chat before:

Like I stated, the prior items were all good and dandy and I didn't give a shit about shit talk on teamspeak, etc. But when I start receiving fake mail subscriptions, phone calls, emails, etc. in the same time period these bafoons start to act up again, I'm done. For whatever reason, completely unprovoked to himself, Josh has become obsessed with me for the past two years.

If you want to continue thing kind of behavior Josh, you can do it after the following:

1) Being banned here like the little rodent you are.

2) You're going to force me into a legal negotiation with Will over the Information act and his failure to retain private customer information based on his employee's actions. You truly believe you are more valuable than him retaining his customers and the "brand" he has built?

3) We all know you're pond scum IRL and have a criminal record. Do you truly think that this would not be evident enough for a revocation of whatever agreement you have with the state? Additionally on top of the statements I have from you about buying a bong on your way home from your PO, and the additional Tinychat videos I have saved of you smoking and showing an excessive amount of Marijuana on hand during the DDyce days?

In addition, if it's relevant, he conned people into paying for his release/parole fee. Stated he was changed and that he was on the straight and narrow; but bought a brand new rig with the money they gave him to help with his legal fees, on his way home from that hearing.

You continually wish to push and push and push on someone you see as weak, and without stature. You chose the wrong person bud, now it's going to nip you right in the ass.

This should result in a Perm on his behalf, no DNT obviously seeing as it is not market related whatsoever and soon enough he won't be having WiFi from his 6x8 room.

In 2014 I was arrested for felony posession. I went to court and settled. I completed my probabtion and earlier this year I was released. Yes, I did create a get josh off probation thread. Was it my idea? No my buddies thought it would be funny. I even asked Video who thought it was funny and cool at the same time. Only later after different opinions were shared did he ask me to remove the thread. I did so as requested and havent brought it up since. Now you state I purchased a "rig" right after i got off probation with the donated money. LOL Im sorry I just really had to laugh at the one. I dont own a rig dipshit. Just curious how threatening to call the police on me will go on sythe.org ? You've presented zero evidence of me actually releasing anything. Am I trolling you? Of course I am. Have I actually did anything wrong? No. I know when Spyike threatened sythe with calling the IRS he was banned. I want mods to seriously consider what implications he just brought to the table.

We all know things get rough in spam forum but especially Discord, you yourself are a huge part of that. If you can't handle people talking about you I suggest you don't participate. Unless you have proof of hattez actually releasing your ID and/or personal info (which is property to R2Pleasent, not hattez) we can't hold him accountable.

Your problems with hattez are way beyond Sythe, if what you say about the phone calls/emails is true I suggest you take legal action, but again, you will need the proper proof.

Hattez trolling you and calling you fat does not break any Sythe rules, people can say whatever they want on the Discord, like I said you even do it yourself.

I will ask @hattez to be reasonable and leave you alone though, there's some slander going on here which is unacceptable but as I said, it's Discord. The unofficial Sythe Discord only asks to not post NSFW in the general channel, that's its only official rule. I suggest that if you can't handle the extensive trolling to simply not go on there.

Also, you should to stop bothering Will about your affairs with hattez unless you have proper proof and want to take legal action. I myself have witnessed the several times where you started complaining to hattez' formal boss about his behavior and him supposedly leaking your RL info, Will is not obligated to talk to you nor can you use him as a threat.

I hope that's a reasonable answer, you must understand that we're a trading website with a policy of banning users who release personal information. We're not the police who handle cyberbullying. Post proof and we'll take action.

You were not in the discord when this all happened. Hattez did threaten GUN and said he had all his information on him. ID's, location, family information, and he did leak some stuff in voice chat. Such as old addresses, family information, criminal records of family members, and other stuff. I'm assuming no one recorded the voice chat, but who ever was in the voice chat that day im sure can vouch.
