Is my evidence insufficient? Imo he should be banned without hestiation, but idk how things work around here..

 

So how I'm going to handle this is that the seller is going to be responsible for recovering the account for you, giving you a refund, or an acceptable replacement. I'm on mobile and giving him 30 minutes benefit of the doubt to come fix this issue before he's banned
