I drink coffee 3 or 4 times a day and its been like this the the past 6 years, if I don't drink enough coffee Im getting really tired.

 

Not to sound like one of those less badass people, I chew nicotine gum on the low because I'm not interested in the negative health effects and taste of tobacco products.

 

I used to drink in excess and smoke cigarettes a lot. I even used to smoke weed almost every day back in my highschool and college years. I gave all that up though so I could have a healthy mind and body, not to mention I can't smoke weed and do the job that I do so I gave that up ages ago.

Was a pretty dedicated alcoholic/heroin (or painkillers) addict for a while. Tobacco, internet. I'm working on the internet thing... I've noticed myself occasionally completely ignoring someone that's talking to me because I was talking to someone on Facebook and that's backwards as fuck lol

100% agree. I'm 2 years clean off the ciggs now and I must say, just being inside a bar and catching a sniff of smoke gives me bad temptations :/

 

That's what ruined my 6 month streak. Bars make it extra hard

 

I'm not sure if I can say I'm addicted to food. I've certainly over indulged on it often - which doesn't really show because I'm ridiculously small. But I spend extra money to get the good stuff and I have been known to go to extreme lengths to satisfy a food craving. Like head out in the middle of a crazy snow storm when street light aren't even working and crossing the street is perilous, all for a bag of chips or candy bar that I'm craving. It's not all the time though, so I don't know if it's an addiction.....but I guess it is a bit. Once I am craving something, there is no stopping until I get it.

 

Just gotta be on the ball all the time bro. Think long term rather than short term pleasure.
