regarding ban

I was banned on 'JdoT' and filled out a dispute for on the username 'Jonzta' and that was also banned, I was told when I speak to user Jon regarding what I owed him I will be unbanned by Dunworry, So I literally have no idea why I would be banned again this is ridiculous I've barely done anything wrong, I didn't have internet access for months and Jon knew about this.. I paid 250m out of the 300m I owed him and was wanting to pay the other 50m until I found out about his passing which is no excuse for not paying him of course but even still what else am I supposed to do now?
