Okay so I have been forced to post here because my chips have been stolen twice now on tokenbets and they wont believe me at all even though this time I showed proof of it and staff also witnessed it. I want Tokenbets to look in to what has happened and I am 100% sure they will find I have been wronged here. The problem is they wont even believe me or look in to it they just think im bullshitting. Also Bogla there is no reason for you or your staff to put me down or bully me.

no proof will be posted here because I do not wish to tarnish bogla's name i just want my money back.

 

In the case of the Poker Client disconnecting, anybody in a pot is refunded their chips, anybody in an SNG is also refunded their chips. In the first case you emailed us on August 23rd you disconnected from the website while you were in a pot. The second case you messaged us about, the client disconnected for some users and it looks like the person you were in an sng with wasn't one of them. The logs were emailed to you an hour ago, and the person handling it actually added the amount you lost back to your account because it was an unfortunate situation.

 

I was banned....

 

And the poker client dced in august and reconnected when i had 150 chips left.. poker is all about advantage and he automatically had that as soon as the client dced.

I am told I am banned and have to cash out and am still yet to receive a apology.

 

Okay so to clarify my money was stolen and then I was banned because of there fuck up.
