Arcus Isidar got tricked into confirming scammer via pm

I've just been fool enough to get myself scammed on skype for 2147m rs3 gold, because Arcus Isidar got tricked by his skype imposter into pming me on forums via his official, legit account (i think the scammer imposed me on his livechat as well). From my private messages with Arcus Isidar: he's excusing himself because his first message to me was copypaste linking to his website - i find this excuse hardly reasonable, because i often found trusted sellers verifying me just like that.

I don't have screenshots from trading with scammer, but skype record clearly indicates that he received the cash. If you compare that sythe record with my inbox, you can see that I received pm from legit Arcus Isidar account right after I was told I was going to receive pm from him.

To make things clear - i don't negate my foolishness in the first place. I should've been more cautious. But I think that someone as trusted here on Sythe as Arcus Isidar should've been more cautious about who he pm with (if he would've pasted the actual text he received on his livechat, instead of copypasting his website address, things would've be more suspicious to me.).

I don't know wether any Sythe officials will see a basis to take action here, but if so - I would kindly welcome any suggestions about how should I deliver evidence (Im not sure wether screenshots of my Skype conversation with scammer and my Sythe inbox conversation with Arcus Isidar would be enough).

Im in no way expecting full refund, but it would be right for Arcus to take at least partial responsibility for my loss, because it wouldn't have happened without his PM.

    Yours sincerely,

Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

Here are screenshots of my both conversations. You can clearly see that even after receiving the pm from Arcus Isidar, i waited 20 minutes before I became convinced - unfurtonately Arcus pmed me right in the moment the trade was done.

I think it's clear now that without that PM I would never traded this gold.

He tried for 1,5 hour more to get me to trade him more gold lol. Kevin Mittnick would be proud as hell because this whole scam is a wonderful example of social engineering.

Im going to sleep now, gonna check this topic tomorrow.
