@FireZ I'm not sure you wanted from me. The questions were stupid. Do you want me to act like they weren't? I take this very seriously and I want to make it clear that the process was really bad. I had already agreed to not push it because @Dave was being so great about everything so I wanted to make it point of the silliness of some of the questions in a less serious way to let the whoever wrote them save some face.

I'm really not sure how you think I was dick sucking at all. I honestly have no idea why anyone thinks that. Can you please point out the dicksucking because I told basically half the staff to go fuck themselves recently to prove I wasn't dick sucking but apparently that wasn't good enough. But really @FireZ, I honestly have zero idea why you think I was dick sucking. I'm not even joking here. If anything I thought I was doing the opposite and was trying actively to do the opposite to break that idea but the idea stuck and I have legitimately no idea why.

I'm not sure why you can complain about my bitching. I have legitimate concerns I've been raising for years and nothing has been done about them. I've even posted a long and detailed post in the feedback forum about my concerns and it's just being ignored. I'm not sure how you can not understand how I feel about trying my absolute best over the years to improve the site and be constantly shit on by everyone for it. Do you understand how awful it feels to be removed from staff for a completely bullshit reason of inactivity when I was more active than many of the staff members? When I had contributed far more than other staff members?

I will admit I use methods to get things done that are not great but I don't have any other options. Everything I have posted in the feedback forum or suggestions forums just gets ignored or I'm told I'm just bitching over nothing or I should trust the staff to do stuff. I post feedback for the CDT and I'm labeled a troll and ignored for years. Suddenly I publicly shame them along with some others and we have a TC team and I am working with the CDT to implement a lot of the reforms I had been asking for in a nice way. When the people in power routinely ignore the contributions of the community and constantly shit on them and constantly just belittle us and decide to do everything in secret and just say you should trust, what would you have me do?

I'm sitting here watching the SFA forum be complete shit. I've asked and asked and asked and asked for it to be moderated correctly and I'm just told to report posts and people will deal with it. Can the staff PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE accept that as the third most active person in the SFA forum ever I know what sort of moderation it needs? Can you guys please at least try what I am asking for in a section that NONE of the staff actively post in? Again I ask what would you have me do? I've repeatedly asked for someone on the staff to moderate it correctly and I've been told no. I've asked repeatedly for someone to be promoted to moderate it correctly and I've been told no. I asked if I could just have perms without even a rank or staff lounge access so I could moderate it correctly and I've been told no.

Like can I please be excused for being salty as I'm sitting here powerless seeing shit pile up and the staff refusing to do anything about it and actively telling I'm wrong without offering any explanation or actually reading what I have to say about the matter? Like the fuck do you want me to do? I've got no power except for public perception and I'm sorry about that but the staff hasn't given me any opportunity to do things the way you want me to do them.
