Think about it, if you was promoted you would have trouble communicating properly with other staff team members with the attitude you have most the time. There's a big difference between, I want to get something done and I want to see change, I don't like this and I want to see an improvement, compared to how you react to things and how you feel your voice should be heard. Yeh ok you have differences with Shin, but sometimes you need to step over that and realise it's not that big of a deal, maybe he could improve the way he responds, and you should of pointed that out rather then making this become a whole big ordeal between yourselves. ..Trust me I get it, I couldn't get these nut jobs to do anything whilst not on CDT, so that's why I'm on CDT. Still feel like much is not being done, but it's w/e, specific time of the month, a lot of changes. There are some promotions that I would think aren't suited for the job based upon their attitude, but they got it. So you can have a difference in opinion; and be that way, it's just you shouldn't over do it, and try sucking up cos that worked for them..I think
