Explanation of the trade: Gave him 16m on 07 for os scape BM, he claimed to have dropped the bm and logged out; yet it never appeared. He was then gonna 'refund' my 16m and then ended up blocking me on skype.
How they scammed: Took my 16m 07 and didn't refund nor payout any BM

If you can just screenshot the last part where he says he will refund and then doesn't, that would be enough.
Do you have a second screenshot of you actually accepting and giving him the gold?

 

I don't have a 2nd screenshot unfortunately because I thought it wouldn't be necessary as he seemed trusted because he refunded my 20m last time because he got 'banned'. This time there was no refund though and in the skype chat you can clearly see I said 'Paid' and he said 'yes sir' which confirms he received the osrs gp.
