I've had one pretty much since I hit puberty (like 12.5 haha). I don't do any exercises at all and seem to be building muscle still Although I do surf and run quite a lot, that actually burns muscle I can post a picture if you don't believe me.

Haha was about to ask that...I have a 4-pack, but it's annoying to get rid of the fat right at the lower abs to get 6 -.-.

i <3 the way all these 12 yr olds think they got 6 packs but its rly just coz ther 'kids' n skinny. a 6 pack is muscle not ur organs god damnit!. i joined the army at 16 and i had a six pack within the first 6 weeks, but that was a difference of sit ups (propper sit ups) running is a good one as well. just for stamina use try to make a time table or something i normaly train 3 hours a day every 2 days so i dont fuck myself up

Somedays I have a six pack...Other days it's a 2 pack. I have been working for 2 years, but not vigorously...Only a nightly or bi-nightly sit-up thing. Now I do 50, but when I started it was 10.
