Also again I'd like to point out that you never gave me any proper feedback when I was on staff other than having poor judgement. You never once linked me to any scam reports I didn't do correctly nor did any other staff member. So it's nice of you to point out my faults AFTER I left staff instead of telling me to begin with.

 

staff really has always needed more mentoring. maybe with the new peer review system that could be something people do

 

I honestly just want @FireZ to admit he never gave me any actual evidence I was fucking up (If he does I will happily drop it) but the other 3 times I've brought this up he's never given me a proper response.

And I would have happily tried to fix it. It's all good, I'm not mad but don't think it's fair when you did that. No hard feelings.

To answer your question, I don't think so. I don't know what @Sythe qualifies as active seeing as most his staff treat Sythe as their #1 priority which isn't a bad thing, but I have other things and wouldn't be able to dedicate as much time as I could be.

 

yeah can't really agree with him there. activity is less important than being competent since you can always just promote more people to get the same amount done.

 

I'm just going off of whatever he said in that one thread, cba to look it up. Isn't that what he was promoting? Activity? Correct me if I'm wrong.

staff lounge. staff members write reviews of one another to determine if they are active and should stay staff. its the new thing

idk exactly what they are doing now but it seems like a nice step in the right direction
