Even demoted staff who left in bad standing were still eligible, I agree time spent on is obviously going to be a main factor but someone who hung around the community etc; is a little different.

The rest of your post is not relevant to your case. The requirments are 3 months on staff. Not 2 months and whatever time and then doing other stuff to help out staff.

 

The PR team should just encourage drama lol. that's what gets activity around the site looks like.

 

There are ex-staff who got booted off for worse things than what happened with me (mine wasn't all that serious to be frank) and have still got their rank. Again, time is obviously a main factor but contributions made should be looked at also.

But @Sythe I've been asking him to show me my trolling for like 8 pages now and he still hasn't and I'm assuming that's because he's a lying sack of shit that doesn't actually have any proof of me trolling.
