What Happend to the Refferal Board That Was Approved?

Allow Referrals or Add a section.

So, 1st off the referral rule I thought was abolished back in like July is still hanging around the official rules:

2nd off:

Adding a section for Referrals/Allowing them was Approved by Superman & Roary.

Roary commented saying "Now allowed in sandbox marketplace", but I've seen absolutely nothing related to it, No stickys, no threads, no information, nothing.

I don't really understand how Refferals and stuff belong in the sandbox marketplace, its just going to cause a cluster and I'd like it to get its own board.

I also don't understand what the posting requirements or limits are for Referrals, are we allowed all Refferals to any sites? Are we limited to one thread per sandbox marketplace section or 2 or what? I have a thread buying sig spaces so I cant have one for Referrals or I can?

I don't really understand anything that went on with this approved suggestion(and I made it), I actually forgot about it until tonight, can someone from staff try to get some information and a new board made if possible?


It was received pretty well by the community, but I never heard anything come of it or anything specific, so I'd like some feedback as to whats going to happen regarding it.

 

We need our own section for Bus369 suggestions. Just make it a subsection of suggestions since you post a suggestion every other day.

OT: I personally don't support as I'm not a big fan of referral based websites, but if it's popular with the community then I guess. It seems that it will just be filled with spam, however, and random links that may or not be phishing links. which is another reason I don't support.

 

Ask a staff member with the proper perms to change it.

Unless my eyes are deceiving me, I don't see any referrals on the first 5 pages. I'd agree with it causing clutter if it was much more common to see. There is no need for a separate forum.

If you plan on giving out referrals to multiple websites, then you'd have to consolidate it all into one thread. It's still a market, so spamming threads isn't ideal.

Just because your suggestion got approved doesn't mean everything in your suggestion thread will come to fruition. Parts were considered and approved.
