To make sure that all the things that were associated with my ban are mentioned, I would like to list them:

1. I was banned for selling SMS-membership back in 2013, which was risky and against Sythe rules at a time (account in question: lukrecijus )
2. Without requesting an appeal, I used another account ( pephiroth ), which was immediately banned for ban evasion
3. Axelus ( axelus ) was an account which I created after some time in order to start anew, with no malicious intent, and 3 years later it was traced back to the ban I received, and subsequently got banned due to the evasion of a 2013 ban.

I believe no other offences were committed.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

First and foremost, it does feel great to be posting here, as it has been long 6 months since my ban. I would like to start off saying that I am truly sorry for multiple ban evasions which were committed. I do admit that creating a new account after some time (Axelus) without appealing for a pardon of my previous account (lukrecijus) truly was a great mistake and a blatant violation of Sythe rules. The decision regarding my ban and subsequent denial of my pardon is justified, and I respected it, waiting patiently until I was allowed to re-submit my request.


I would like to re-appeal for pardon after 6 months have passed, according to Sythe rules. Over those 6 months, I continued running my business without any wrongdoings, and I was not involved in any scams, fraud or any actions which were in violation of Sythe rules. At one point during those 6 times, there was an incident where an account originally belonging to me was sold, and even though I was banned at a time, I wanted to ensure that the issue was resolved, posting all the relevant information on Sythe and being prepared to accept and carry into the effect any decision which would be taken by Sythe staff.


During the last time I submitted an appeal, the poor choice of words mixed with a desperate attempt to avoid what I sought to avoid in the first place made me seem like I was trying to buy myself out of the offences I committed. I am sorry for this, as well; looking back at it, I realize that it was a rotten thing to do. Not being initially serious about my appeal did nothing to help my case, and this was definitely not a right approach. This incident itself was reason enough to deny my pardon, and I see that now. I sincerely apologize for it.


I realize what a tremendous mistake was to evade the ban in the first place. I should have immediately followed the Sythe rules instead of trying to cover this up. This ban has left a mark on my reputation, something which I tried to avoid in the first place, and the decisions I took along the way backfired. All things considered, I am partially glad that the events turned out the way they did, because over these 6 months, I learned this life lesson well. The fact that this was uncovered has a positive side - now, I can truly start anew, as I intended, and there is nothing to hide anymore and nothing left in the shadows to undermine my honesty.


I would therefore like to ask you to review my appeal for pardon. I have learned my lesson and promise not to break any Sythe rules anymore.

Whatever decision is taken on this matter, I respect it.
