Stricter/more rules on training/questing services

I'll rephrase, "Wasn't me, I dont' use bots, I don't use osbuddy, I didn't take any screenshots because It's not required/necessary since I don't bot."

 

i think the best bet would be Once the person hands over the account for the service, he is no longer able to get onto the account until the acc service is done (Person providing the service changes the password). If the account gets banned during the service then the person doing the service is held responsible.

 

Delayed bans

 

if it's an account with no previous bans on it then id blame the person who did the service. Given 1-2 days after the service.

 

Valid point, though no previous bans isn't really any proof or anything, the fact that they're making a new account probably means they previously got banned (not necessarily).

Delayed bans can happen even after a week , though rarely & I see your point, but it'd be easier to implement guidelines involving screenshots then making people let the trainer change the pw

 

Although I would like to see buyers have much more safety I'm really heavily against OSB/Resizeable because they use up a rather large amount of your computer's resources and for the casual PC gamer that setup can take you down to single figure fps.

It really doesn't solve anything if someone is botting a service and watching over it in person. It'd only "catch" the ones who are careless, but its not like the buyer can't request progress screenshots or screenshare during the service whenever they want.

 

These things should be negotiated b/w buyers and sellers I don't see the need for new rules here.

 

The problem with this is that you're relying on Jagex's ban's being reasonable. What if I bot on a separate account a week ago then get hired to do a service. I complete the service by hand but your account gets banned because my IP is linked to other botted accounts? Your account is banned, but I didn't bot on it and neither did you. What would happen in this case? What would happen if I hire two completely separate services within a short time frame of each other and my account is banned, how would you be able to determine who botted and who didn't?

I think the services portion of Sythe is the same as the account selling portion and should be treated as such. You're running a risk when you buy/sell accounts and you're running a risk by allowing someone on your account to train it.

3) 100% liable for workers (I personally teamviewer my workers at random intervals) You're already liable for workers.

4.2) Users have the right to ask for a specific screenshot; "hey I'd like a screenshot of 70 str when you achieve it" <- THIS ALSO APPLIES TO NON OSB USERS.
4.3) This rule should also come with a 3 day cooldown, meaning that a user cannot request a screenshot every day (this gets annoying real fast.)

I think these above rules are a bit nonsensical. You're asking mods to start nitpicking, in your scenario if i don't supply a screenshot for you when i achieve 70 str because i simply forgot what then? You can cancel the service because i forgot?

 

People can bot on OS bot (like myself). Not sure what you think you can accomplish.
