The guy is also banned on powerbot now, most likely for scamming as well.

Okay Now it gets a little confusing so I will try to explain this as best I can. I was told to refund a guy named on skype joshuaalow He was scammed by the person I was supposed to refund, so I was refunding the guy who I scammed scammed (if that makes sense xD), You can see from this post by super that I was supposed to Wiicked/MiniMap/Hideous Ban Pardon for Ban evasion / Scamming
I contacted him january 2016 2016, it is now august 5th 2016 with no reply, same with the guy above.

So I did refund 2 users, and I tried to refund 2 users, but each time I couldn't get a response.
This may all seem a little confusing and hard to keep up with, but just look at my last 2 pardons and it may explain a lot of things.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nothing, I really haven't traded much in the past 6 months.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I did scam in the past, and I really can't change that, My last few accounts I haven't even attempted to scam on. I really just want to use sythe as a platform to trade and sell my items for runescape. I haven't done much trading in the past 6 months or even before that. I am just asking you guys to forgive me and overlook what I have done in the past. I am no longer here to scam, and I don't see myself as a threat.


Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes.

 

Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)

I dont get what you mean I already repayed every victim, and its been 6 months of trying to contact. Thats why I made my first pardon on January 3rd, 2016 here: Wiicked/MiniMap/Hideous Ban Pardon for Ban evasion / Scamming
and then repardoned Feb 5th, 2016 here: Wiicked/MiniMap/Hideous Ban Pardon for Ban evasion / Scamming.
Because I waited a month and 2 people hadn't replied on skype to collect a refund, there is proof in both threads and my new one.
