Hello I have not logged in my account for a while now and I returned to try and buy a new old school account. Upon logging in I found out I was banned along with 7 other accounts which I have never seen before. I would like to clear this up thanks. and have skype available.

 

I have not used my sythe account in a long time at least 2 years. I have never scammed or stolen anything before so I try logging in a couple days ago and i along with 7 other people are banned. So Im trying to clear this up so I can buy some OSRS accounts and get back to playing the game any help would be appreciated.

 

Hello I have an acc i havent done any business on in over 2 yrs i just lurk the off topic and read stories. I attempted to log in to find out i was banned along with 7 other users for hacked? Which I am confused as I am the only one with access to my account. This is also the 3rd attempt at creating a thread with no luck or replies.. it doesnt even show up on the dispute page? Thanks.

Please go to the Account Recovery section, read the stickies there, and post a new thread after reading the stickies. Post from your regular IP. If you cannot post from your regular IP, then please wait until you can - this is how we verify your identity. Please post only once, even if you can’t see your thread yet. We address your topic as soon as we can. You’ll need to post with your username, a new email you want registered to the account, and then we’ll change the email of your account for you.

Then, go to www.sythe.org/lost-password/ and recover your account. From there, log into your account, and set a NEW password that you have not used anywhere else, your account was most likely hacked because you were using the same/similar password across multiple boards or services (skype, runescape, etc).
