Since when do acts like this not warrant a twc? If he was letting it go for $250 at a discount I could understand it. Smh.
In short, the individual asked me to middleman an account/gp trade for him. I recognized the username and asked him to link me to the account sale page. He is attempting to sell a $400+ account for $80 in gold. Put two and two together and the sense of urgency to sell the account? I'll leave it in staff's hands.

That's sketchy but what can we do, the argument of it's a free market falls perfectly here.

Understood, but we all know in our right minds it is indeed an odd situation and could present an issue. TWC imo should be given for instances like these as preventative action. I don't feel a ban is needed, I just included it in case you saw something in this I may have missed. the twc icon might make those attempting to trade with the individual less naive. Thanks Dave.

 

Not supporting a TWC here, anyone can sell anything for whatever price they like.

There's a lot of trouble with assigning a TwC to someone for underpricing an account, in most cases it's a scam, in some it isn't. It's on the buyer to be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true and to practice safe trading habits
