[Resolved] Missfabulous scammer, hacked account, evaded and sandbagged services

Scammer that I am reporting: Missfabulous

Services that were scammed: did not complete favours, cleaned account of 500m+

I am seeking 550m for replacement of account items, or this person be banned and not allowed to conduct services on sythe

Evidence:

First you will see a gif of my account with all items

Next, you will see the current state of my account. Missfabulous was given a unique password that no other person who had access at the time of these services (other than myself) had access to, rendering him the only person able to clean my items. With the first gif, you will see my bank value, with the next two pictures, you will see the total value using OSB overlay drastically reduced, as well as my valueable gear tab obliterated.




Next, I will post pictures of Missfabulous's own thread. I have searched this thread in its entirety for any TOS, to which I could find not giving her the right to sandbag or void her own time frame, choosing what favour to do or not to do. In fact, Missfabulous states on her own thread she has white graceful on her own account, and that she thoroughly enjoys doing zeah favors. Clearly, this is not the case.



Now, I will add skype logs. The first skype logs you shall see are of him stating the whole service will take 2-3 days. This was sent on 08/21/2016 (4 days ago). This was a guaranteed service time that he stated would not be a issue to complete in, to which I had faith. I guess I was wrong. Please also note that you will see, the service totaled a price of 80m, and he "accepted" to do this, in his own words.






To wrap it up, Missfabulous fabricated a story about his "boyfriend" ending up in the hospital, and that there would be a slight delay on the order. I was accepting of this given the unfortunate circumstances. However, this situation quickly turned into Missfabulous not accepting to complete the order, and refusing to complete the order as originally agreed. I should have seen this was this first sign of trouble and that my account was seriously compromised, however I was mislead by his donater status, which I am also requesting be revoked.



I will message a moderator these pictures of the aforementioned evidence, I will not be posting it due to HIPAA/privacy laws in respect for these suspicious circumstances.

I have enough evidence to circumvent any claims, this user has threatened me not only once but twice that if i did not complete his services he will file a scam report.

Secondly i have proof that there was other people and the original password on the account which was later changed to a "unique" password after the user was scammed. The user also failed to mention that during the time the account was cleaned and apparently noone else had access to his in his own words "china man" was on it for approx 7 hours of my service time, the remainder i was at the hospital with my boyfriend whose lung collapsed overnight.

Thirdly i can have multiple people verify i am infact a female and others services which i was doing at the same times being completely intact.


The handling moderator can PM me for any skype logs they require.

 

A person threatening to file a scam report if the services are not complete and a person ends up being scammed? Yeah, that makes total sense, please edit your message because you aren't helping your case.

 

Wow, some overwhelming evidence here. Ill add what I can about this, i tried getting a quote from missfabulous but was suspicious of him from this start, I think this will only go one way. Missfabulous tried to request a bank pin to do one achievement diary off me, which i had the items in my inventory, so kind of suspicious.

Things like this make the sythe community horrible, Missfabulous obviously needs to be removed from it.

Also curious if your boyfriend is in hospital why are you still accepting orders and not by his side.. that is a red flag

 

Please identify your skype with proof of me asking you for a bank pin, cause i've never delt with you and nor have i done achievment diaries for anyone else.

I believe if a mod was too dig far enough Nick and CBX will be the same person.

 

Dealt*, if a moderator was digging they would indeed find that we are not the same person. In fact why would i register another account to place orders on.

This was a week ago or about. I didn't take a screenshot because we had no ongoing business after i deemed you not worthy of my time.

A week later and you have done the thing i thought you would have done and that is scammed a random newcomer to sythe which is a shame.

I guess you responding is only going to give this thread recognition to your mistakes. Go spend time with your "boyfriend", looking after him is more important than you battling a case Missfabulous.

 

This is out of hand, iv never dealt with the above user. When a mod is dealing with this i will provide evidence

 

My experience: Missfabulous has been completing 92-99 construction training for me with no issues. Yes it has taken a long time but my items/account are still in tact. 70m worth of trust.

 

He cleaned me for 125m before i used racks but i didnt know i could report here i didnt have account beforw

Hi, so i have a bunch off screenshots of our skype chats about the user CBX and the report he is attempting too make.

I attempted too refund him numerous times he claimed i HAD too finish the order and was not allowed too cancel it as i have no TOS.

He claimed noone else was on the account and it had a "unique" password, Shown below is be attempting too get on his account between the times of 11:17am and then at approx 4:19 he messaged me saying his worker was off. at this time i was at the hospital with my partner.

He threatened too report me several times if i did not complete his service, he also has been hacked in the past by a PK clan he called #SV.

He claims i was the only one with the pword yet at the time he told me he was "hacked" he had already confirmed via chat someone else was on the account.

This is what happens when people cut and paste half comments and what they want people too see. The conversations shown above blow every theory and accusation towards me he has and proves he is nothing but a racist and a lair, I would like his post removed from my thread and my name removed from his title i will also no longer be refunding the user as he has caused damaging deformation towards my business and potential customers. I would also request a TWC to the user and his friends for claiming false accusation on a report thread.

I have never dealt or had contact with either of the users claiming to have dealt with me. I would encourage both user too post Skype logs and proof of me contacting them and discussing business with them.

 

How do I use his address? he blocked me on skype and thratened to ddos me via my skype ip address?
