I actually took the loan to help a fellow Sythe user and it all just went to hell really. Definitely my biggest regret on Sythe but I'll be damned if I'm one of the people that owes TTB and never pays him back. He's too good of a guy to do that to. I hope the other DNT's who owe him substantial sums grow up and pay the piper.

I work 2 jobs, go to school full time, barely live above the poverty line and still find room in my budget to pay off my debt to TTB. It's time others start finding ways. No excuses, find ways to get it done.

I understand where he's coming from but the effort has to be made. If it means sacrificing other costs you have to do it. Urgency is key. And I'll be the first to admit, urgency was easy to leave by the wayside when permanently banned. Now I have people constantly reminding me to get it done. Encouraging me and giving me ways to maximize my dollar. In the current situation it's an awful feeling, but 5 years down the line I know this will have been a valuable lesson.

Not all lessons are pleasant. This one has been very unpleasant for all parties. But when it is rectified, and it will be, that I promise everybody here, it will be useful to reflect on. And for me personally it has changed me for the better. I manage my money a lot less frivolously than I used to. So all in all, terrible situation, but I'll extract the lessons from it nonetheless.

We was talking to Karl, in discord about him putting 1 pound aside for every other day he was banned during having to pay back Arcus. I mean he could of paid off Arcus with that mentality by now. But I don't think he cares much for the urgency.
