Gracious and PureAddiction [Donor Dice Lounge]

Essentially, I won multiple miniranks from both of them in a single roll on each, and now they are refusing to pay up. PA more so likely because Gracious did it.

PA additionally no longer has some of the Mini's in OP??? Should have requested a mod to edit rather than continually bumping it. I'll accept either BTC or Minis of agreed equal value for those missing.


Nowhere on either thread does it say "You may only dice for 1 minirank per roll". PA's hints towards if after reviewing it, but does not say it directly. If you are going to produce a ToS you need to be specific. We all know damn well that if I lost these they would have attempted to collect the whole amount, Correct this.

both threads say minirank in the singular. not sure why you decided you could roll for multiple at once. i think one minirank from PA is fair compensation. willing to get other opinions though

 

All I did was singularly choose 1 minirank at a time and edit it into the post. I rolled once for said Miniranks. Gracious additionally edited in "If you're looking to dice multiple Miniranks, you must contact me first regardless if it's BTC or RSGP"?? l0l

Why does it always come to playing sides? You're catching me on a technicality that they insinuated you can only dice 1 minirank, what would the point of that even be? They have odds and they're going to limit their potential profit? If you're going to hit me on a technicality, then the fact they did not blatantly say "One roll per minirank" should be factored in.

 

1) minirank is singular, so they meant one
2) i doubt they intend to take on several hundred dollars in risk on one dice roll
3) i agree, they should have said that

like i said though, will leave this open for other opinions. definitely feel free to comment @staff

 

Sorry, I thought the fact that stating "a minirank" instead of "any minirank(s)" was enough to imply only 1 minirank. Not sure why someone would read that and interpret all miniranks in 1 roll, but that's up for staff to decide. I don't even have to give him a minirank because he didn't follow my rules, but I think it's fair compensation as he did win the roll.

There's something more going on in relation to that post, as it was not there at the time of the roll. Admins are looking at it, I appreciate your interest in this though.

 

Not taking sides, just trying to prove that its in gracious's TOS, as Iv'e seen it there many times.

 

Or you vividly speaking in voice chat on discord stating to roll against all your minis on your thread, when I was dicing straight roll on the Official Donor Dice thread? I'm sure at least 1 out of the 20 people that were on last night remember that as well.

 

Gun found a possibility to win multiple mini ranks at one time. OP's were edited. Gun had some good rolls.

If the rolls were turned around id say they would make him payout.

And I don't think it's fair to justify a case by saying "if it was the other way around" because that is purely an assumption.

Gun, PM me what # minirank you want out of the ones you rolled. Keep in mind I don't have the Fedora and I can't edit the post myself.

 

My rule for having to contact me first if you're looking to dice multiple Miniranks has been there for over a month and a half. It was there on the 5th of July and it was there on the 22nd of August. You also didn't use my form (which is required) so any roll would be void regardless if it's a "win" or "loss".
As for PureAddiction, I too agree that 1 Minirank should be given for compensation of your win since you did use the template.
I'll leave it up to @Superfluous to handle/lock this thread. I suggest that you read threads first before rolling to avoid future confusion and resentment from your side, Gun.

 

I'll take one mini from each of them. I sent the request for each. The rolls are valid, if you're not going to allow it to count for multiple minis then it should carry over for one on each of the two rolls.

 

PA gave you his, Gracious will give you 1 as well, that's the end of this. @Superfluous you can close
